Very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge & work ethics that they provided. Inspections are so important when thinking about purchasing a home. The inspector was very thorough & I appreciated that she not only took the time to show me areas of concern both inside & outside of the home, but she was polite in answering all my questions. The inspector treated my realtor & I with the upmost respect, I highly recommend this company!

We recently used Buyers Inspection Group for our new home. They missed so many things, I can't believe we paid them. The inspection we got for our old home for sale was so much more detailed and gave the buyer a ton of things needing attention that this group missed or skimmed over. Night and Day difference. I strongly advise going to another inspector!!!
I cannot be more pleased with my experience! I had my new build home inspected in November 2016. The report noted a few issues which were relayed to the builder and said to be completed. Fast forward to July 2021 and I noticed severe wood rot on a concealed beam in the patio area. The builder said it wasn't their problem. I found the inspection report where the the inspector found the exact problem, took a picture of the problem, and basically predicted the future.
