We worked with David Kres at Buyers Brokers Only. He is the co-owner along with Richard Rosa. I cannot recommend David highly enough. David is incredibly knowledgeable about homes. During our showings David would crawl into crawl spaces, climb into attics and inspect the mechanical systems of the house. As an exclusive buyers agent David's loyalty was to us, his clients.
