The worst experience of our lives. Tania was absolutely a nightmare, unprofessional and rude. First- she held “open houses” in which she showed up seconds beforehand without any preparation. My husband and I sat down the street and watched as she showed up 30 seconds before the start time and multiple prospective buyers had already drove by and left when the house was dark and gate was locked. I’ve bought and sold many of properties. Working with them was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with and most unethical. I’m suing them for 1 Negligence 2 Hiding, concealing information 3 Breach of statutory duties 4 Breach of fiduciary duties 5 Conspiring with other real estate agents As both agents said it wasn’t buyer or sellers fault.
