Poor performance. Ineffective.
NRP is back open, finishing up with 3 implants. Thanks to Dr. B and staff.
I met Dr. Buyer and his staff for the first time yesterday and I was so pleased!!! They understood my anxiety with dental issues and were so professional and kind.
Dr. Buyer did an excel li ent job on my implants and bridges. He and all of his staff are cordial and caring.
Been there several times for one broken tooth. Never got fixed, but the price kept raising from original agreed ~$2000 to over $3000. Price aside, if he could really fix my tooth, I would take it. But no! The tooth is still broken. I guess unless I don't eat or only eat liquid food, I would be fine. Even having a soft sandwich got me back to his clinic again. I doubt that that's the way he's trying to get patients. Never go back again and would suggest anyone be cautious of him!
I got a routine cleaning in Dec.last year. Since I changed insurance and I worry about the copay. They (the office people) told me they can file the insurance company to cover it. The result is almost nothing was covered. I need to pay $139. for that while the insurance is only $26. I was told by other dental office people there is no much difference from in-net and out-net. I suspect they got wrong code for the insurance. I called back. The finantial leader Dr. someone refused doing anything
Had a contract with Dr. Buyer which I signed and he signed for $6802.00 on April 4, 2016. The total cost $8839.00 which is $2039.00 more than we agreed. I asked a number of times to speak with his financial person/insurance person. I never got that opportunity. I paid $7705.00. And he also billed my insurance for $1137.00 with no credit to me the patient. I feel I have been over charged for this work. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone nor would I have him do any future work.
Doctors and staff not only friendly but go out of their way to make you comfortable.
