I’ve never left a bad review for a company but I felt like I should warn others. We had spent over two thousand dollars on baby furniture plus a delivery fee so we could have it delivered to our house (our house is only ONE MILE away from the store)… The delivery company they use kept scheduling us and not showing up, which we both work so we had people waiting at our house for the delivery that never came… they had to reschedule us FOUR TIMES. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Just make sure you’re ready to look around by yourself and watch it all fumble when you check out. Try for an online order and pick up? They’ll not be able to help. Can’t find what you need? Don’t look around or ask for help. Sent away without direction after paying $400+ online only to be told “we rejected your order.” Conducted an online chat with someone who also couldn’t help cancel or find another item to order and ended the chat. After searching for mini fitted crib sheets for over an hour finally a sweet employee named Terri, helped me locate the sheets. Thank you Terri! Other than Terri, the customer service at the Tulsa store is terrible!!
