Wonderful customer service this morning picking out an item and then the absolute most atrocious check out I have had at that location! Your cashier even stated "look I just really want to go home". So sorry for the inconvenience of shopping with you.

Always outstanding customer service! I purchased a Summer Infant video monitor almost a year ago, and the back was no longer staying clipped on. I took the monitor in, they completely replaced the monitor and both cameras for the newer model (as they no longer sold the model we had purchased originally), and I received $34 in store credit on top of it! The managers and employees are always super helpful.
