Having the worst experience with buy buy baby I feel I need to warn other mothers out there about what happened to me. I purchased a convertible car seat on August 10th because Gabriel has outgrown his infant seat. They said it would be delivered by the 18th at the latest. Friday the 14th I received a vague email saying they were experiencing a delay. I have his doctor’s appointments to go to and this car seat is an urgent matter. I adore this store! Customer service is great and there is a great selection of pretty much any baby need you may have! We bought our maxi cosi pria 85 max here and there was this sales associate that was amazing! I think she may have been a manager unfortunately I didnt catch her name but she was very informative and knew everything about every car seat in the store. Highly recommend this store to new moms!
I really like this Royal Palm Beach store. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. Especially Eddie in the stroller section, he is an exemplary employee, definitely an asset to this store! He helped me create my baby registry and omg it was so much easier and took an overwhelming task and simplied it for most all of the left side of the store. I was super thankful for that. 😊
I went inside the store for the first time yesterday; I have purchased items from this store however only online. The girls section of clothes had a large selection of cute things, the boys section wasn’t too impressive. The employees weren’t very helpful and I was disappointed by the lack of “customer service”. Overall, they had some original items but I will probably stick to ordering online.
We were there on June 4 and we registered it's our first baby and we had an all-around great experience! Maria help to sign up and register and Holly and Clarence and Kiam helped us throughout the store!
