Love the store. Excellent service. I was greeted by a friendly associate who asked if she could help me find anything. I knew what I wanted & it was in stock. I purchased hands free baby bottles.
This has nothing to do with this particular store, but the company. The baby registry is way too difficult. You can't just go in and register for what you want. You have 11 pages of things that you are supposed to look at and then get the person in charge of each of the 11 departments to sign off on it.Only 2 people were available. It took over an hour to register. The sales people must feel like they have to tell you in great detail about the products you are interested in. The customer service was amazing. So helpful. Everyone especially the girl who helped me went so out of their way to help. I wish I could remember her name. Thin, black straight hair. Soft spoken. She deserves a raise.
