RecommendedAmazing!! John who worked in the car seat areal helped us pick out our car seat an stroller he was amazing! He not only explained why the car seat was the safest but he showed us! He also helped us as new parents with anything we had questions on! Highly recommend the BuyBuy Baby in Hoover!

absolutely horrible experience from inside the store to their telephone customer service. they has $300 of my money from a purchase that was canceled and they cant seem to figure out how to give me my money back.i have been fighting this for 10 days. No one from their customer service seems to care that $300 is being held by them after calling 5 times and having every call escalated to management. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SINGLE ITEM FROM BUY BUY BABY AGAIN
My wife and I were in the store for 30 minutes, unacknowledged by any associate. We left without purchasing anything and will probably never purchase anything from them again. Thank you buybuybaby for making us permanent Amazon customers.
