This is the first time that I used BuyBackTronics and the entire process went great. They were competitive with their pricing and did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way so I knew the status of my trade-in. To top it all off, I had understated the specs on my MacBook Air M3 and the team caught this and actually increased my trade-in value by $30. Avoid Buybacktronics at All Costs A Total Scam!I had an absolutely terrible experience with Buybacktronics and would strongly caution anyone against using this company. I found them through an iPhone selling marketplace, where they initially offered the highest bid for my phone. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a deceptive trap.I sent them a brand new iPhone in perfect condition, carefully packaged to ensure it arrived safely.
