buy2 now owns the franchise at our neighborhood Shell station in Portland Oregon. the shelves are never fully stocked, incorrect prices on items, items for sale come up invalid item on the cash register. they wasted no time getting the gambling in there but as a convenience store it sucks. this store is located at Southeast 72nd and Harold in Portland Oregon.

Prices across the board increased as soon as you took over the store in my neighborhood. Hard for me to even go there. And it's right across the street.

I've been complaining recently that there's very little good customer service here in Eugene, however I just received amazing customer service from Jennifer at the Buy2 on River Road. There was a problem with the Oregon Trail Debit Card Machine being down for the night, and she offered to pay for my purchase out of her own pocket. What an amazing human being! Give that girl a raise!!
Love that store!! Jessica is an awesome employee. Buy 2 is lucky to have her employed there!!!
They won't honor their posted sale prices. I'm boycotting any store that won't follow through with the price they advertise.
