My husband and I bought a second home in Emerald Isle through Carla @ Buy the Beach Realty. She sent us the home one evening and without even looking at it, we had her write an offer on it for us. We knew it was the one. I was so amazed that we were able to get the house with all the interest in the property but I knew that if anyone could get us this house, it was Carla! We look forward to spending our summers at our new house in Emerald Isle ♥️

Wow. Service service service!! We were connected by one of her clients interested in a property I have for sale. I have gotten 1000 spam messages from listing FSBO. The very first contact was so genuine, I could tell immediately there was a real person on the other end. Deal or no deal, I have had nothing but clean and prompt communication and a great experience. As a self employed person with 3 businesses I am super sensitive to customer service and you’ll find nothing but that here.
