Basil is awesome. My girlfriend recommended him as he was her realtor. Very engaging, professional, responds timely, informative, knowledgeable. Anything you would want in a realtor. I sold my house and he helped with that process. He helped my girlfriend buy her house. Our reasons for needing Basil might've been different but our experience was the same. We won't use another realtor until he retires! Highly recommend calling our guy Basil for your realty needs.
Basil Franz is an awesome realtor! He is very responsive to his client unique needs. I am a private small home investor. Basil has become my go to guy. Truth be told, he was found by luck but only after the original realtor i had contacted failed miserably at returning phone calls. Basil is by far The BEST Realestate Agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My family has known Basil for over 10 years. Basil was nothing short of absolute amazement. Houses that he chose were so close to what we’re looking for and he tried his best to get us in. When the house we wanted finally popped up, Basil informed us we had been our bid, barely. By the end of the weekend, we ended up getting the house because of Basils’ determination. I’ll never sell/buy without him again!
