We had an amazing experience from start to finish with STEPHANIE!! The customer service was outstanding super responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out for us. One thing that really stood out was their flexibility. We had to switch salon locations and they went above and beyond by offering to hold and store our chairs for three weeks until we were ready to receive them. THINK AGAIN ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased the Aria chair because I needed a chair lower to the ground. When the chair came, the height did not match the specs they have on their site. Luckily I screen shotted them because they changed the specs when I brought this to their attention and asked to return the chair. Very long story short, they finally decided to provide a return label. (After 3 weeks of going back and forth) I secured the chair safely and they only issued a 50% refund. I’ve had a great experience so far with Buy-Rite Beauty Salon & Equipment.Their communication has been amazing—Stephanie has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I’m currently waiting for my shampoo station to arrive, but based on the customer service alone, I would absolutely recommend them. I’ll update my review once everything comes in!
