Worst experience I have ever had, terrible customer service. Everyone lied to me with the exception of Mark. Ordered carpet was to be installed Monday the 31st of July, I called Friday evening the 28th to make sure still on for Monday was told yes they will be there Monday morning. Come Monday no carpet, I called around 2:30 to find out what is going on was told the carpet came but was damaged so they had to reorder. I have used Buy Direct for several projects in the past. Their prices are great as is the quality of their products. Service is impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. They were willing to take the time to listen to my ideas and actually made suggestions on better ways to complete my project. Overall a great experience.

I honestly can't believe this place is still in business. We had a major DIY project with very limited time so we thought we'd hire out our tile work, what a HUGE MISTAKE. They mis-ordered every tile for our project(they did the measuring and still messed it up). I left the owner numerous messages with no response. We finally had to tell them to stop working so that we could keep everyone else on schedule. Due to the poor work I plan on having to replace everything they touched within a few years. Absolutely horrible experience. They have an ok showroom and their prices seem competitive but the customer service and competence of employees leaves much to be desired. They told us they would call us and tell us the price of our tile prior to ordering it. They never called us (this would be the first of MANY times they didn't return calls) before they ordered the tile. I have used Buy Direct for several flooring jobs. I recently had them re-carpet my entire home. The work was excellent! I always get great pricing, friendly service and a job well done. I highly recommend Buy Direct!

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT, BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL SAY ANYTHING TO SELL YOU CARPET BUT WILL NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SAY. We found the carpet we wanted and they had the best pricing so we waited about 20 minutes at there showroom for anyone to even acknowledge we were in the store. We should of know something was wrong at that time. We then placed an order for some of the carpet because we wanted to re-carpet the house in stages. First off, they helped me pick out a selection of tile that i later found out was alike in everyone else's home on my block....then they sent a company to install my tile that did a horrible job installing it incorrectly and later went out of business.....no warranty! After finding out that the water leaking from the bathroom from the poor job done it had to be ripped out along with another 2000 dollars out of pocket.
