I do not recommend this brokerage. I'll add another agent name to warn others of. It is Robert Renteria. He spams emails despite being told not to. I have no idea how he got my email but he takes no responsibility to not spam and this is a reflection of moral integrity. A person without moral integrity is not someone that I'd want to buy a house from. Realtors are getting even more shady. Buyers beware.
I did not have a good experience with Brent. I bought a Boise Bench home in July 2015; first home for my wife and I. He only had to show us three homes as we had spent weeks narrowing our list down. On the third home, we asked him to make a full-price offer. We terminated lease and this was the house, we loved it. Our one contingent was that the AC didn't cool the home.
