In 2020, Joan Habib helped us in buying a home in Edmond when we transferred from out of state. She followed up on all the details around the closing since we were not in town. After the closing, she continued to help, letting contractors or delivery people into the house. She went beyond our expectations in helping us settle in to the community. I was a first time home buyer and Joan was the absolutely best in helping me. She is so knowledgeable and was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had; no matter how many. She definitely goes above and beyond. I honestly don't think I could have done it with her
