We reside in Derry and we have been using Buxton Oil as our home heating provider since the closing of Rockingham Oil a few years ago. They were recommended by Rockingham Oil and we have been pleased with the service as well as competitive prices. They have also come out when we made a mistake and forgot to order oil during a cold snap a year ago. They were super and made sure to get our delivery on the next days truck. Well I can say after switching to them the Summer of 2025, they have been absolutely incredible!!! I was with another big company that got bought out, for many many years and their customer service became absolutely horrible! I called Buxton Oil Company and spoke to woman named Amy. She didn't know me from a hole in the wall but treated me like I was family and that was just over the phone. I went in to meet her and will say I am so glad I did! They deliver propane to my tiny house (not all companies will), good price, great service, nice people. Easy to schedule with prompt delivery and they have autopay. What more could you want in a fuel company?
Buxton Oil : We've decided to switch over to a natural gas boiler. I would like to say -- the 20+ years with Buxton Oil have been very good. We mostly went with Buxton's automatic refill scheduled service. The refills came at the right time.
