Buxton Oil has always given us excellent service. Todays oil delivery was no different. Buxton's driver,Jamie,was wonderful. Our tank is not the easiest to get to, but Jamie did it with a smile on his face and acted like it was "a piece of cake". Thank you, Buxton Oil. Thank you, Jamie. To clarify, we have never met Jamie before today.

If you’re looking for a reliable oil company, Buxton is not it. Every time we’ve ordered oil they never show up in a set time frame so it’s a guess on when they’ll actually show up vs when they say they’ll show up. And if you run out because they don’t show up for over a week after ordering, they don’t do emergency deliveries, unless you’re on auto delivery. They also outsource emergency deliveries to an HVAC company. We found ourselves a much more reliable company and will never use Buxton again.
