Spook with the receptionist....very rude... sounded very annoyed that i called during the day looking for Accumulator Racks.... it was so much trouble for her to help me get to who i needed to talk to that i have just givin up on this company i work for a internationally know company that purchases products like this thousands of times per year....YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND CAN NEVER EARN IT BACK
