I have waited over 30 minutes twice for Telehealth appointments. Not too mention the time I've spent waiting inside the office. When I went in for my sleep study I waited outside for fifteen minutes before being let in and there was urine in the private bathroom attached to the testing room.
Dr. Sarah Rizvi is a very patient and caring doctor. She always remembers my previous concerns, listens carefully, and offers advice and recommendations that have helped me after every visit. The overnight sleep study staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
Im reporting this on behalf of my partner. This group does not accommodate people with anxiety or ED symptoms. My partner has struggled with both, and as such takes her weight and measurements at home. They’re accurate to medical scales. As such, she explained to the nurse that she had her weight already, what it was, and that she didn’t want to get on a scale, especially not in front of others. Can’t speak to the quality of care at the office because we were unable to attain any care. My husband went in for his first appointment and waited nearly 1.5 hours without being seen. After the first 40 minutes in the waiting room he asked the receptionist if they had maybe forgotten him. Finally a nurse took him to an exam room. She indicated the doctor is usually running late and to try to make his appointment first thing in the morning the next time! She was apologetic at least. Knowledgeable and nice people. I've been here 4 times now and I've spent 2 hours plus here each time. It takes way too long.
