Getting 1 star because I can't even get thru to make an appointment. How does a drs office that is supposedly open have a full mailbox or not answer during business hours. It's hard enough finding needed specialist that take certain insurances. Does it have to be made near impossible because these places can't be reached! I'm getting so fed up with just how ignorant, apathetic and money grubbing the whole medical profession has become. I wish I didn't need these people.
I haven't been a patient there in years but they send me secure portal messages every day and have called me three times in the last week to tell me they're getting absorbed by a bigger health conglomerate. I've messaged them and told them and asked them to stop but the bombardment still persists. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not have a great experience as a patient there, either. Waiting times were awful and the level of care was unsatisfactory. Thanks for reminding me to post a review this week!
They have changed to Temple and have spam me non-stop for days. If I get one more automated message remind me that they have changed I'm going to block the number!
