THERES NO 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD!! I had an appointment at 9am. I arrived at 9:11am to check in and they said i was to late and i had to reschedule. After stressing the importance of the visit and my limited availability because i work 55 hours a week and in the military they still refused Doctor kims office let me down big time
Christina Kim is Phenomenal at her job!!! Super kind, courteous, highly recommend, coming here, Phenomenal staff, great people as well. Very welcoming atmosphere.
Dr Roth is great but the overall practice is terrible. I'm a client that goes religiously every year for wellness checks but they can't not be counted on for acute issues. I called needing a steroid script for back pain that landed me in the ER two weeks ago (they have all of my records from it). Dr Roth was out and Dr Kim refused to refill a script that they have record of me receiving. I'm not looking for pain killers, just a steroid to reduce the inflammation. Dr. Jerry Roth has been the captain of this flagship for over 10 years that I am aware of. He has been the primary care physician of a loved one of mine who has gone on quite a journey of managing care. He initially took them on under Medicaid when many doctors would not. He has merged fully into the Jefferson/Abington Hospital system, where he used to make rounds. Now the practice has more than one doctor on staff, it would seem.
