I would not recommend this company to anyone. I booked a bouncer on 9/7/21 for my sons party on 10/23/21. They called me 24 hours before my party to tell me they could not provide a bouncer because they realized the last person damaged it. This was after I confirmed with them a couple days before and I got a text that the bouncer was being cleaned and would be in its way. *DO NOT RENT FROM THEM* They canceled on me 2 hours AFTER they were suppose to arrive to my house b/c they "forgot" to schedule a driver that day... and I was only told this b/c I called them to ask where they were. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. It's been over a month and I have yet to get my deposit back.
