Today I had the pleasure of working with Marcy who was able to helped me sort out a payment error in which my card was declined. I was not charged a late fee nor was a hold put on my storage. In fact, I was able to downsize my storage unit to a smaller unit and save money in the process. Marcy went above and beyond the call of duty. Lastly, Marcy was very helpful and kind during the whole process. I highly recommend Buxbear storage facilities if you're looking for a clean friendly and safe storage facility.
