Derek and Joe make a great team. Hiring my storage unit was quick and hassle free. It was only Joe’s 2nd day on the job but he showed such great customer service & Derek is just so prompt with everything. Definitely recommend Bux Bear Storage to anyone who’s looking for Public Storage. Johanna Jorgensen
The best storage facility in town! Derek was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made the setup process quick and easy, ensured my unit was clean, and even walked me over to it. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the best storage place I have come across.. My experience with Joe in the office was exceptional - he's very customer service oriented. Nice guy too, always helpful.
One of the best managers I’ve dealt with. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. You can tell they care about their customers, truly I thank you for taking the time to help.
Incredible customer service Joe, THANKS! I feel very comfortable storing my property here. Thank you so much for the incredible peace of mind!
