The fact that this business is new to the area one would think that they would try to build a positive reputation amongst the community which they intend to service. This is not the case with Mark the manager of this this business. We vacated our units prior to the end of the month and left them spotless. We were charged an additional month due to a clause which they have in their contract requiring "21 days" prior notice to vacate. Yes I said 21 days.
