Very upset with Dr Bergstrom’s office!!! Vicki was extremely rude and argumentative. I called and canceled my appointment and I show I called on my cell phone statement. However the office had no proof she said that I called so I was charged 75.00 and Vicki was not taking my word for it. Vicki stated the office documents everything. No mistakes I guess that anybody could make in that office. Hmmmm so I guess I have to pay 75 fee for no showing even though I called. My nine year old daughter had surgery on Wednesday and Dr Bergstrom performed the procedure. This Dr definitely deserves a metal, I knew she was in good hands.His bedside manner and demeanor towards me, and my daughter was outstanding. He made us both feel so comfortable and explained everything into precise detail throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this doctor. I just love him and his whole team and appreciate him for making us all feel comfortable and confident. Thank you so much
I was referred to this place around 6 weeks ago as I write this, and havent heard a word . I recently called and went through all their automated stuff, and found the referral dept , left a voicemail with my name and number and never heard back , called again and same thing. Does anyone actually work here ? Or is it all made up . Only a medical place could get away with such terrible customer service and still be in business. I checked with my dr. I was referred to Dr. Bergstrom after receiving a Melanoma diagnosis on my upper lip. What can I say except that Dr. Bergstrom and his staff made me feel at ease right away. He is super caring and just made me feel so much better. He did a beautiful job on my lip. He is a fantastic surgeon!! As of today I am Melanoma free! Thank you Dr!!
I think Dr. Bergstrom is a wonderful ...I had 2 hyperparathyroidism surgeries and turned out great....He-is so nice and easy to talk to.
