Steer clear of Butzirus. They seemed like a friendly, family run business but they totally screwed me over. After I moved out, they held my deposit for 5 months without returning phone calls or letters and then blamed me for damages I never caused including construction debris they had stored in my closet and damage to walls present when I moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! As stated by someone else before, if I could give less than one star I would. I do not trust these men and I do not respect them. My lease ends at the end of this month and since I've already paid my rent they are ignoring my phone calls and just waiting for me to move! I'd give lower than one star if I could. We lived in a Butzirus property for over three years. At first, they bent over backwards to accommodate us. But as time went on, we were ignored. Unless we refused to pay rent until the problem was solved, like, say, the bathroom ceiling falling in and the toilet caving in to the basement.
