As a licensed beauty professional, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before the braided (named Coudedie) even touched my hair, I clearly explained that I like my crochet styles to be very full and that I wanted enough hair added to achieve that look. Over charges!!! No set prices!!!
This is the 2nd time I’ve come to Butu to get my granddaughter’s hair braided. They were very courteous and caring of her being tender headed. I love coming here and will def recommend to anyone.
