I can't speak to the sales side of the business, but the service from Kevin Sickler was truly exceptional. I was traveling from Minnesota with my family, when a front brake caliper came loose, and we stopped at Butts. Kevin got us in right away, and had the correct bolt installed, all free of charge. Keep in mind this same thing had happened to me a few weeks ago on the other front brake, and my local dealership charged me over $100 for the fix. Butts always exceeds my expectations. We've had awesome sales experiences and the Acuras are our favorite cars (we always had German cars before). We are treated like family even though we know we are not their biggest or best customers... I'd send anyone and everyone here!
