DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. I spent over two weeks trying to place a simple button order for a funeral. Every time I called, I was told to “call back” or “text.” When I finally got through, I emailed my order, which they admitted they received, but I never got any confirmation. This is the type of feedback and reviews I should have done before “attempting” to do “business” with so called “company”. Not only did I not feel reassured that my order was received and being worked on, but I had to keep contacting and reaching out to make sure everything was still a go for my deadline. Day of the deadline, I had to reach out (obviously) lots of confusion on their end with which customer I was, what I was ordering, and how many. I'm not sure how they are in Business actually. These Reviews can't be real and as a result WASTED MY TIME. We sent several emails, phone calls and even text messages. We were never sent Proofs of the Art Work EVER yet their main concern was making Payment Arrangements...for WHAT? NO ART WORK or Approval and then asking for a Payment was a RED FLAG and we never heard from him again. SAD actually as we were really wanting Buttons for a Project and had to go elsewhere and do Vinyl Stickers.
