I don't really know where to start! Katie was a wonderful rental agent for us starting over ten years ago. She always got good tenants for us. She kept us informed of any repairs that were needed. Then when we were ready to sell the home, Katie took care of everything and kept us informed all the way through the sale! I felt that we were in the best hands with katie!

We sold a property using Katie as the agent. Katie had a child during the time we were in negotiations but there was absolutely no delays with the management and responses between buyer, seller, and realtor. She was very professional and organized in her communication. Our list time was shorter than we’d expected. I can’t help but credit that to Katie’s guidance.
