I called Tim about 5:00 PM asking for help with a consistent water leak in my basement. I described what had been occurring and he diagnosed the most likely source from my description as a failed pressure reducer that caused my hot water heater to expel water resultant of extreme water pressure. He came the next morning and installed a new reducer.
