Butterwick Construction finished our basement (2020) and built our garage (2023). Communication was excellent. They collaborated with us and accomodated our special requests (like extra insulation in the basement). They did a high quality job. We are very happy with their work. Our basement is cozy and pleasant. And the garage is spacious and functional. Would recommend them to anyone!
Getting them to pay subcontractors near impossible. I am still owed for a job that I will be suing them for at end of the month. Multiple trades and different sites fight to get them to pay. They get client money and don't pay the subs. This causes huge delays in your project and more. I have a friend that owns another company and gets them now to pay in advance only when dealing with them. Company seems to be struggling Financially. Chris
