AFTER ONLY TWO WEEKS INTO MY TWO YEAR LEASE WITH BUTTERS DEVELOPMENT I COULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. A HOMELESS PERSON COULD DO BETTER THEN DEALING WITH THIS ORGANIZATION AS A LANDLORD. HAVING SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED INSURANCES AND PAYMENTS OVER A MONTH AGO WE STIIL HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN KEYS TO OUR OFFICES AS WELL THE SPACE IS OVER RUN WITH ANTS.
