The hallways are always filthy. They have no security. Everything is falling apart inside the apartment my breaker pops every two seconds and blows out all my appliances. I’ve lived here three years and my AC is only worked six months. The manager comes in my inside my premises without my knowledge snooping They talk to us and treat us like kids worst place to live ever.
Im moving into butterfly gardens so I don't have to much to comment on it as of now, but what i will say this there is many places to turn to when things as ive heard has been dealing with inside of this property. The first thing is do not associate yourself with the individuals that reside legally or illegally within the property and their are several resources you can turn to if things are not being fairly done. This place absolutely sucks I am a current resident here living here I have to say they have people here that like to disturb the peace especially all night long playing loud music tv fully blasted I understand things won't always be sunshine and rainbows but damn I wish there was security here
Neat nice parking ,quiet, clean, space too park .
Lived here two years and it sucks , i understand people have their own demons issues, there is no resources for us here , As a senior citizen. I have to stay inside because all the traffic of homeless and drug addicts walking through the hallways all hours and early hours of the morning. There’s no security. They say.
