Not a good experience at all. We had in-home care for north of 5 months and got a VERY inexperience technician who lounged on our couch for months with zero net value. The BCBA then suddenly relocated, and we got assinged a random remote BCBA in a different state. Very dissapointing experience. They do not deliver on their promise at all. We insisted on the need for a qualified technician, and they kept proposing any technician that became available first-come-first-serve; we got a lady who appeared to be 8 to 9 months prega... read more

The facilities and staff oat the Cary NC are superb. They hire and train really great people who care very deeply about these kids. My son was diagnosed through BE at 16 months (something no other place would do before 18 months but very possible to do with the format of the ADOS). My child has made steady gains and we definitely started at home. He was 18 months when therapy started and it was great to transition to the center when he got older. We love butterfly effects! Love the atmosphere when I walked in. Everyone one is so kind and professional. Always smiling & welcoming. Oh not to mention the great communication with them. I 100% reccommended butterfly effects!
