I got a sew in done there last week. She was 45 minutes late with no communication, I called and texted the entire duration I was waiting because I was completely confused as to where the stylist was. As a hairstylist I understand being behind on your clients but without responding or reaching out when you knew you were behind and then having an attitude and being rude the entire service is crazy.
