I bought a Jeep Wrangler at the end of 2021, on the first test drive we saw a check engine light, a busted window (soft doors), and the parking brake did not work which can be an issue because it is a manual transmission. I told the salesman to get that fixed, and I would be back that weekend with a check. We show up and the check engine light is gone, but we had a broken brake and window still. Without reading other reviews I can personally state that the entire experience was basically a pleasure. Butterfield put me in the automobile that I required, took care of ALL issues, and kept their word at every turn which were few, and minimal. Top to bottom Butterfield's crew is top-notch, and they have vehicles for every taste and pocketbook. Two locations increase the variety of choices. Stop in and holla, the coffee is hot.
They gave me a good deal on a car, I was satisfied and there service was excellent
