Landlord has his workers do the worst patch jobs. My toilet never flushed good even when I called them to fix it how many times. Had barely working heat in negative degree weather and was told that’s how all the apartments were. Charged more money each year with no improvement in his ability to provide a better living experience aka fix things that went wrong as such as heat, my water heater that is shared between four apartments. Worst apartment building I ever lived in!!!! I would rather be homeless popcorn ceiling lead in the water so don’t drink it. shower and water gets cold in 5 minutes and pretty often the hot water keeps on not working landlord is rude unprofessional and cares more about money then the complex and his tenants this place is a waste of money renting if your looking to move here DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just moved in here . This is my 3rd month . The first month was good the bill was around 40 dollars for electricity. But the second bill was 157 and the third bill was over 200 dollars . I called the Commed and all they said it’s that the electric bill is split from the big bill instead of having a meter for our apartment . We are hardly ever at home . All the lights are off and the a/c is mostly off . I’ve lived in 3 apartments previous to this one and I’ve never paid over 120 dollars a month and that was during winter th... read more
