DONT EXPECT LUXURY but if you would like a place to call home, this might be it. Strongly feel the employees attempt their best effort to run this place well. The secretary will do her best to try to pair you into the "best" apartment, based on your needs. She is nice and for the most part, professional. 2200 for rent plus bills
Landlord has his workers do the worst patch jobs. My toilet never flushed good even when I called them to fix it how many times. Had barely working heat in negative degree weather and was told that’s how all the apartments were. Charged more money each year with no improvement in his ability to provide a better living experience aka fix things that went wrong as such as heat, my water heater that is shared between four apartments.
