Over 4-years I have been at Butterfield Park for over 4 years now. Even though the property is older it is kept in good condition. Maintenance is good and always seems to care. Office is open earlier than normal which is helpful on the way to school. No random water shut offs like other properties I have been to. 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms are large. Overall, a good place.
Not A Great Place, Really Pro: Price? I guess, for Tempe ASU area. Split between 2 people, it's not bad. "Wood" floor. I think it is. So no carpet, which is a pro for my books. AC and Heat works. Sewage, garbage, pest control, and maintenance comes with the price. Cons: there are plenty... Not gated. Meaning all the homeless are around the area and consistently see them digging through the trash. I mean, during the change of management and no pool light, they bathed in the swimming pool for a good 3 days, back in September 2... read more
