We love our new home, however the materials DrHorton use are the cheapest, we had t replace kitchen and bathroom faucets! recently the gutter fell down, and DrHorton, will not repair it, we brought a brand new home 8/2023 weeks did our one year warranty, and of course we did not check the gutters, we had really serious problems inside the house!, the flooring is not wood or wood grade, we found out its plastic, yes we had to replace a floor on a brand new house!
