Well-maintained apartment complex with responsive, helpful management and maintenance. The office lady was SO kind when I moved in and went above and beyond to accommodate my odd move in schedule. Lived there for 2 years with no complaints!
The worst complex ever I lived in. The office has favorite tenants and does t verify information before saying something and if you call and try to tell them they are in the wrong your are hostile a d they don’t want to work with you
Butterfield Apartments truly feels like home. I have lived here for over five years and have been consistently impressed by the friendly, responsive staff and prompt maintenance. The current office crew is respectful, sincere, and socially skilled—always ready to help. Their dedication to residents creates a welcoming, supportive community that goes far beyond typical apartment living. Our Resident-Life employee does a fantastic job to make sure that resident’s feel welcomed and cared for.
Clean and safe. Lived there for around a year before moving out of state. Any repairs were done without much issue.
Staff are very helpful and very nice. Apartment is very clean and we'll setup. The property is very clean and calm. Paperwork is very simple and understanding. The apartment was very clean and ready to be moved into.
