Me and my family moved in at butterfield apartments in october of 2025 and we loved it for a little while. Since we have been living here, it's been like a blessing. We appreciate the community. We appreciate the communication and we appreciate the hospitality. Me and my family moved in at butterfield apartments in october of 2025 and we loved it for a little while. But it's been a headache with the manager staff with not communicating. We try to pay our rent on time. All the time but we have other amenities that we have to take care of we end up paying the late fees we paid our rent for february of 2026 when we paid this rent, we had the full amount ready and when the debit cards were ran, there was an amount of $205 dollars short. Butterfield apartments has been such a great place to live! My wife and I just moved in as the new Apartment Life Coordinators and we have been met with such kind staff and neighbors! All of the staff if very personable, good at communicating with us, and just overall great at their job. They has been so supportive during our move in and all the questions we have they have been able to help us with. We have enjoyed our stay here in just the short time we've had! Everyone has been amazing!
