I love this place! Not only are all the staff wonderful, they don’t jack you up on prices, and always work well with my psycho dog. Their aftercare alone is reason enough to go there. I called them about my cat (who they had not previously seen) and they recommended I take him in to an emergency vet immediately. They called me regularly for a week or two after that to check on my cat who was in a different hospital!!! Above and beyond, every single time!
I used to bring my animals here but I am so displeased with their service. I brought my Cat in for severe pain because he injured it. The Vet said they were closing soon, and my Cat was uncooperative. They kept my animal in the room for an excessive amount of time, and a diagnoses for the injury wasn’t even performed. I won’t be bringing my Cat back to this vet. The quality of care to my animal just wasn’t there. So, now my animal wasn’t treated. They wanted me to bring him back tomorrow. I love BVH! We took our previous pup there almost her whole life before she passed naturally and now we take our new baby that we rescued from APA shelter there and they are absolutely amazing with her. She is a special case as her anxiety and fear always make it very difficult get her through the door let alone able to be seen without me in the room. I took my dogs here for the first time today, and I was blown away. I’ve experienced many tremendous vets, but there is something truly exceptional about this practice. The staff and clients alike were incredible—you can tell this place attracts the greatest pet owners and lovers.
