Kate was amazing! Perfect facial, left skin absolutely glowy 🤍
Eunice was gentle in her technique, but I did not feel heard when I expressed my concerns during the facial. Before starting the treatment, she blew her nose directly above me while I was lying on the bed, then proceeded without washing her hands. This raised serious hygiene concerns and left me uncomfortable throughout the service.
I had my first facial here and Marcella was great and very informative. I’ll definitely be going back!
