We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Buttercup Pantry. I had to have the Hangtown Fry because it has a famous history in Placerville. I loved it because I love oysters! My husband loved his perfectly cooked chicken fried steak, too.
A wonderfully charming place with extremely friendly service The food was exceptional as well Ample parking Beautifully decorated interiors Fun place to sit
Just a nice place to stop and have lunch on the way to Tahoe or on the way back. Huge menu selection, everything is good and portions are generous. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Can be busy during the lunch rush but go a little later to find plenty of parking.
