Yeah I agree with the other reviewer, not a lot of communication. Followed the signs for the deliveries (2nd entrance) call the number on the gate for security. Btw once you turn at entrance there is no other way but forward. When security answered he sounded like my friend’s teenage son. I had to verify that this was Butterball. I told him I was an inbound load at the receiving gate and he had to call me back. He did and I was directed to drive around to the front at receiving by the guy that came out to open the gate. Very friendly staff but doesn't offer a lot of communication or assurance on what's going on. Pull up to guard shack at 1345 for what's a 1400 appointment for a preload. Guard checked me in and then attempted to radio in to let shipping know I was here, but she got no response. She then just told me she was surrounded they heard her and to pull in and parked, and someone would be out to let me know what to do. Pick up. . My appointment was 9am I showed up at 7: 00. I got loaded and left at 7: 40. The security are very friendly.
