Housing is clean and nice inside. Central air and heat. Very nice for the price, but kids run free and are not always behaved. There have been vandalism issues and late night can be loud often in the summer. Sometimes kids try to walk i to your house if the door isn't closed or play with your water spigot and anything you leave outside. Walls are paper thin. Overall for the price it's dealable. The nuissance is sporadic and the noise varies.
