I didn't buy my car from Toyota, but we used the finance manager there to finalize everything. She was without a doubt the best person I've ever dealt with at a dealership. Got me a better rate when she didn't have to, very friendly and upbeat. She could've just filled the paperwork out and went about her day. She went above and beyond. My next vehicle will be through Toyota now.
Awesome service; love knowing that my 25 year old vehicle is taken care of with the Toyota warranty to top it off. On a recent visit, I was expecting a heavy bill for some front end work. Little did I know how big it would be... One of the service writers was kind enough to help explain the bill, work with the mechanic to reduce billable hours (with overlapping credit for simultaneous work done), and was generous enough to apply a small discount. Hmm where to begin. Terrible customer service when I bought my car. My salesman Tyler went to another car lot to sell a car when I was coming in to close the deal. Tyler didn't care about me as he figured the sales was done. He had a new salesman close out the paperwork. Stay away from Tyler. 👎 no dedication to customer, I felt like a number. Referred by someone, they never received the referral check. Butte toyota apparently doesn't stand behind the referral program. Sad really. 5000 mile check up all they do is rot... read more
Great selection of vehicles and amazing service. Their service department was friendly and accommodating. Their sales team worked with my needs and got me a car I love for a great price. Loved mu experience here.
