Our experience at Butte Toyota was worth the drive from Bozeman to purchase the vehicle we wanted. The salesperson, Mitchell Carrol, went out of his way to find this vehicle and help us secure it. He spent time with us to instruct all the technology that is now involved with the newer vehicles. Mitchell was honest and communicative which made this transaction comfortable and convenient. I had been looking for a 3rd gen 4Runner for about five months, so I was pretty particular when I finally found one I wanted. Toyota has the best policy, & go beyond helping there clients. They really helped us, our battery kept on dying and they were busy and fit us in to put a new battery in. I highly recommend them, when you need them. Thanks Toyota for your help. I really like my Rave 4
Until a few years ago I was always wary of dealership shops. But Butte Toyota is exceptional! The quality of care and service is top notch and the cost of services from repairs to oil changes is very reasonable and, from my experience, less expressive than other shops. It feels really good to have mechanics you can trust.
I didn't buy my car from Toyota, but we used the finance manager there to finalize everything. She was without a doubt the best person I've ever dealt with at a dealership. Got me a better rate when she didn't have to, very friendly and upbeat. She could've just filled the paperwork out and went about her day. She went above and beyond. My next vehicle will be through Toyota now.
