I recently used Butte Roofing for a removal and replacement estimate when looking at a property. They were extremely quick to come out and quote the job. I was impressed with the professional behavior through the entire process. It put me in a positive position for negotiations. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.
We used Butte Roofing for a home inspection during escrow. They gave us an incomplete report not listing the life expectancy of the roof or explaining how long the repairs they estimated would last. We immediately requested clarification via phone, email, and text with no response. Given the restricted timeline to obtain inspections, we attempted multiple times over a five day period to get answers to our questions. We had already paid for the full inspection. Did a very timely estimate. We had a pretty good leak and they were able to repair and install a new roof on my garage in 1 weeks time. Professional, prompt and good clean up after the job. I would highly recommend their services.
