The staff here is absolutely amazing. The front desk gals upon check in were very friendly and inviting. They brought us extra items we needed later. The maintenance guy for the pool was very kind as well as the guy working breakfast. Very helpful, genuine staff! Also, hotel is beautiful, great location and the pool is amazing!
The staff is what makes this place, I called to make sure a late check in was ok when looking up the reservation she noticed it was for the wrong date and assisted us with the third party Booker to fix the problem. When we got there she was full of smiles and well wishes for everything working out. The next morning we went to the breakfast and it was wonderful. Usually I can only have a cup of tea or a boiled egg due to a wheat allergy but they had gluten free muffins and bagels packaged, the attendant heard me tell my husba... read more
