Well, I experienced. It was a good stay, but I witnessed. I was at the fountain getting a drink of water and I heard a worker, would you please come help me foul towels? And I said, Linda, and she had an attitude for me to co-worker. And had a very bad attitude saying while we have a stand up in that clock is fast.I heard him saying that his watch was only ten o'clock, and she said, hey, paul come, help me full towels, and I found out that was very rude, and i've been standing 42 nights and the two nights i've been there.I f... read more

We checked in and discovered debris under the sheets of both beds, consistent with bed bugs. It was one of the worst we have seen. Staff offered us a new room further down the hall, so we took it. We then found more debris under the sheets of both beds. We were no longer comfortable sleeping there so we checked out and promptly received a refund.

Best staff in this hotel. Clean room, could be larger, but comfortable. Huge TV in room was very cool. But best feature was the free breakfast. The biggest variety and amount of food, I've ever had at any hotel!! Stay here when in Butte.

Overall the staff were wonderful! Kind people! The breakfast, just delicious and a lot to choose from. Pet friendly and everyone was professional!
